Payment policy: 20% non-refundable deposit required to confirm a booking and balance to be paid not later than 45 days prior to arrival.
THE TRIBE HOTEL
Cancellation policy:
- 03 - 1 days prior to arrival - 80%
- No-show - 100%
Payment policy: 20% deposit required to confirm a booking and the balance 20 days prior to arrival
THE CLIFF
Cancellation policy:
- Confirmation - 46 days prior to arrival - 20%
- 45 - 29 days prior to arrival - 50%
- 28 - 0 days prior to arrival - 100%
Payment policy: 20% non-refundable deposit required to confirm a booking and balance to be paid not later than 45 days prior to arrival.
***Note: children aged 0 - 11 yrs are not allowed (admission can be requested but it is at the hotel's discretion)

Cancellation policy:
- 14 - 2 days prior to arrival - 33%
- Within 48 hours - 100%
Sarova Hotels Payment policy: 25% non-refundable deposit required to confirm a booking and balance to be paid not later than 45 days prior to arrival.
SAMBURU SIMBA LODGE / LAKE NAIVASHA SIMBA LODGE / MARA SIMBA LODGE
Cancellation Policy:
- 45 - 35 days prior to arrival - 25%
- 34 - 15 days prior to arrival - 50%
- 14 - 8 days prior to arrival - 75%
- 7 - 0 days prior to arrival -100%
Payment policy: 50% deposit to confirm and the balance 45 days prior to arrival (NB: final confirmation only to be given upon making the full payment of a booking

Cancellation Policy:
- 19 - 10 days prior to arrival - 25%
- 9 - 3 days prior to arrival - 35%

Payment policy: 100% payment required to confirm booking
