Viajes Por Africa Tems and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Viajes Por Africa Limited and its customers regarding the booking and provision of tour services. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment:
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once full payment or a deposit, as specified in the tour itinerary, has been received and processed by Viajes Por Africa Limited.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified during the booking process.
Price Changes: Prices quoted for tours are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated to you before finalizing your booking.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, and refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy outlined in the tour itinerary.
Cancellation by Viajes Por Africa Limited: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
Changes to Itinerary
Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, including but not limited to alterations in transportation, accommodation, or activities, due to factors such as weather conditions or operational constraints.
Force Majeure: Viajes Por Africa Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
Travel Insurance
Insurance Requirement: We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen circumstances during their travels.
Liability: Viajes Por Africa Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from participation in our tours, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Health and Safety
Health Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to participate in the tour and to obtain any necessary vaccinations or medical clearance prior to travel.
Safety Precautions: Viajes Por Africa Limited will take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety during the tour. However, you are expected to comply with safety instructions provided by our guides and staff at all times.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
By booking a safari with Viajes Por Africa Limited, our customers explicitly agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Viajes Por Africa Limited reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of clients to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes or updates.
